3. How and why we use your data

We share personal data only where necessary to deliver your travel arrangements or to run our business: airlines, hotels, ground handlers, guides and insurers in your chosen destination; payment processors; our IT, email and analytics providers; and professional advisers or authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Because we arrange travel to India, Spain, Mexico and the United Kingdom, your booking details may be transferred to suppliers in those countries. Spain is covered by the UK adequacy regulations for the European Economic Area. For India and Mexico, we transfer only the data needed to provide the service you have requested (UK GDPR Article 49(1)(b)) and, where practical, use suppliers who commit to appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

- Analytics data: as set out in the cookie table below.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased where there is no good reason for us to keep it;
