How much does it cost to get a proposal?
Nothing. Initial consultations and the first itinerary proposal are free of charge and without obligation.
How do I pay and is my money protected?
We take a deposit to confirm and the balance before departure, payable by bank transfer or card. Details of financial protection applicable to your booking are set out in your quote and booking conditions.
Do you book flights as well as the ground arrangements?
Yes. We can include international and domestic flights, or build the itinerary around flights you have already booked.
Can you help travellers who are not based in the UK?
Absolutely. We serve clients worldwide, including visitors travelling into the United Kingdom, and communicate by email, phone and video call.
What if something goes wrong while I am travelling?
Every client receives a 24/7 emergency number. Our team will rebook flights, rearrange transfers or find alternative hotels as needed.
Do you offer travel insurance?
We do not sell insurance directly, but we strongly recommend comprehensive cover and can point you to reputable providers.
